Bro. Joey is a native of Martin, Tennessee. He is married to Jena and they have three daughters. He has served as a senior pastor since 1995, and has been serving FBC Selmer since December of 2014.

Bro. Joey earned his bachelor’s degree from The University of Tennessee at Martin. His two masters degrees are from Union University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He earned his doctorate from Carolina University.

John began serving at FBC in  August 2012 as Youth Pastor and Associate Pastor for the past four years. Before coming to FBC, John served as Youth Pastor at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church for eight years and has a combined 18 years of ministry experience. John is a 1999 graduate of McNairy Central High School.
John and his wife, Lisa, have been married since December 2000 and they have one son, Will. John's passion is to develop students to pursue what God has called for their lives and see spiritual growth through all ages. John loves to play the drums and go turkey hunting. He is also a Tennessee Vols fan "through thick and thin." 

Will began serving at FBC in April 2018. Before coming to FBC, Will served as Youth Minister at Chewalla Baptist Church for nine years and Associate Pastor for one year. Will holds a Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the UT Health Science Center. He works as an occupational therapist at AHC McNairy in Selmer.
Will and his wife, Megan, have been married since December 2007. They have four kids, Kolby, Karsyn, Kate, and Kora. Will's passion is planting churches and discipleship. Will loves to travel and deer hunt. 

David has served at FBC Selmer since January of 2013 in multiple capacities. He has served in the role of Children's Minister, Multisite worship leader, and now Associate Pastor of Worship and Media. David comes from an educational background receiving his undergraduate degree from UT Martin and a masters in education from Delta State University. David is currently enrolled at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary working towards a masters in Worship leadership.
David and his wife Mary were married in 2009 and have three beautiful kiddos by the name of Reilly Catherine, John Dawson, and Rhys Caroline Duncan. "It is a joy to serve in this newest capacity and to lead not only my home to worship in Spirit and Truth but my community."

Bro. Jetta began serving at FBC in July 2017. Before coming to FBC, Bro Jetta was the senior pastor at seven different churches and interim pastor of ten churches during his 54+ plus years of ministry. Bro. Jetta went to Florida Baptist College for a year and a half, then after some time off, he attended Blue Mountain College and obtained a bachelor's in social work and a minor in Bible.
Bro. Jetta and his wife, Robbie, have been married since July 1959. They have three kids, David, Steve, and Lisa plus seven grandkids and five great-grandkids. Bro. Jetta's passion is to preach the Word with boldness, and to see people saved and serving the church because the church is God's plan. Bro. Jetta enjoys gardening and working in the yard where he can take in the fresh air which opens up a time of thinking and relaxation. 

Chaseton began serving at FBC in Summer 2019 as Volunteer Intern and began serving as Middle School Minister in September 2020. Before coming to FBC, Chaseton served on the College Ministry Leadership Team at Bellevue Baptist Church from Winter 2018 to Spring 2020. Chaseton is currently pursuing a bachelor's in health science from the University of Memphis.
Chaseton currently doesn't have a wife or kids, but plans to have both in the future. Chaseton's passion for his life is to grow into the leader God called him to be, and to lead and disciple the Reflect Ministry. Chaseton loves to fish and works out on a daily bases.
